Southern Morocco attracts Valentine’s Day holidaymakers

Moroccan is expected to welcome more foreign visitors this month as it is recommended as an adventurous romantic destination with St Valentine’s Day fast-approaching by a luxury tour operator.

According to Cadogan, Morocco is a country of great diversity and exquisite beauty with a rich cultural heritage, making it a popular tourist destination. They have also stated that as Morocco is located outside the Euro zone UK Holidaymakers can make their sterling go further and splash out on extra luxuries such as couple’s spa treatments, romantic dinners or even shopping for the kids they left behind.

The region of Errachidia, Zagora and Ouarzazate in the south of Morocco has been selected for resort development as a Part of vision 2010. Government has strictly taken necessary action that the tourist developments in these areas will take care not to encroach on their untouched natural beauty, which will be promoted as a primary reason for tourists visiting there.

Countrylife.co.uk has stated that morocco is a “more adventurous location” for property investors which could reward investors willing to stray off the beaten track. The website added that the beautiful beaches, cultural and historical attractions, combined with year round sunshine means that any investment has the potential of high rental yields, as well as providing an excellent holiday home.

John Howell, Of the International Law Partnership’s has chosen Morocco in the top 10 investment destinations this year. Mr. Howell said that the kingdom is a romantic destination that appeals for a good many reasons, including that it has fine weather practically year-round, is close to the UK, and French is spoken there.
