Morocco has become increasingly attractive as more and more Foreign Lifestyle buyers snap up properties in Morocco and Many Brits are relocating to Morocco in order to change their lifestyle, experts have stated.
According to Currencies Direct, Morocco is proving to be especially appealing to lifestyle buyers and holiday home buyers. The website suggested that overseas property buyers to take advantage of the low prices in the market and snap up residences while it is at a bargain price. Investors could also collect strong returns if they enter the market early and may be able to benefit from further capital appreciation
Mark O’Sullivan, director of currencies direct Speaking to the Telegraph has stated that the natural beauty of its coastlines appeals to the retirees who wish to live abroad. Morocco offers good living standards, high-quality housing and natural attractions such as good Mediterranean climate. Meanwhile, it also allows expats the opportunity to “expand their lifestyle” outside of the UK.
However, Mr O’Sullivan added that people should choose their location very carefully; as they need to be sure the area is appropriate to their personal and long-term health requirements. Since retirees may be highly likely to need medical facilities and this could potentially be a decisive factor in choosing their ideal home overseas.
Morocco was recently flagged up as a lucrative investment market by Homes Overseas magazine, which said house prices in the North African nation have continued to rise during the year to date.
